Shipping/Delivery & Store Pick-ups
There are 4 methods of product delivery available to the customer:
Courier home delivery
Dealer delivery
In-store pick-up
Custom quote for delivery
Courier deliveries are limited to orders under 40Kg by the fact that charges become unaffordable very quickly when the total weight is over 40Kg. The web site provides a live shipping calculator to gauge how much it will cost for a home delivery to your suburb. Shipping quotes for Couriers come directly from the Courier companies. Upon order receipt, please allow 2-3 business days to dispatch and 5-10 days for delivery. Obviously deliveries to metro areas are much faster than regional areas.
Dealer deliveries are fixed price, per item. Such quotes for shipping are labelled “Coastline Special Flat Rate”. Dealer deliveries are the same price regardless of whether you live metro or regional. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
In-store Pick-up is pretty self-explanatory. The products that you order are set aside at one of our stores on the Gold Coast for you, or a courier that you hire, to pick-up. This service is free. For most items that weigh over 40Kg, In-store pick-up is the only economical way to get your purchases. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up. It may take a few days to juggle stock around between stores to get your order ready.
Custom quote for delivery: if the Courier quotes are exhorbitant, dealer delivery isn’t offered, and you cannot pick-up in-store, please select this shipping method. When you select this method, your order is received as a quote only. Coastline will explore all possible avenues to ship your quoted products to your home and contact you with the best prices.

Product Warranties
All goods are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
All warranties are covered by the relevant manufacturers, Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card for terms and conditions.
The Buyer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within two (2) days of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the Buyer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods.

Privacy & Security
Coastline retains your details and that of the orders you place within our online store. When you place an order, the checkout page is encrypted using the highest standard of browser encryption to protect your sensitive data. At no stage will your personal data be shared or sold to 3rd parties. Coastline may contact you in regards to the product/s that you purchased or with news of store sales and new products. Returns & Replacements
Please choose carefully. Coastline does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can however choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or wrongly described.
We are however happy to exchange goods within 30 days of purchase providing:
Goods returned are in original packaging and complete
Unused and free from damage

Any item that was specially ordered will incur a 20% restocking free. Custom made goods cannot be returned.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 108 Ferry Rd Southport Queensland Australia 4215.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ordering
All orders are final. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance in placing an order. Coastline reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund should the need arise.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices displayed on our site are in Australian dollars and include all GST liabilities. All orders will be placed in Australian Dollars. In the event of an international buyer checking out an order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cross-check the equivalent dollar value of the order in local currency.

Please note that all prices listed on this web site are indicative only and do not represent a quotation, nor does it include installation or delivery unless explicitly specified.

Our web site is a companion service to our 3 stores located on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The web site’s prices should match those of our physical stores. In the event of a price discrepancy between a price on our web site and a price for the exact same product in one of our stores, the store price will apply.

Special “Online Only” prices are the only exception to the above policy. If a price is specifically labelled “Online Only”, then the cheaper, online price does apply and will be honoured for purchases made via our web site.

Viewing Orders
Please login to our site and click the “My Account” link at the top of the page. On your account page, click the Orders link to view your order and order history.

Updating Account Information
Please login to our site and click the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Links are available to update your details on record and the billing/shipping address.

Laybys
Layby purchases are only available in-store. All layby’s require a 30% deposit and balance paid prior to pick up or delivery. All goods are to be paid for in full within 6 weeks of purchase date. If goods are not paid for in full within the specified time, Lay-By will be cancelled and any money paid will be forfeited. We are more than happy to store goods for up to 3months after the layby period free of charge, providing all prior stated conditions are met. Layby’s may be cancelled within 14 days of original invoice on stocked items, in which case a 15% restocking and admin fee will be applied and the rest of the moneys refunded. NOTE: custom or special orders that are on Layby cannot be cancelled and doing so will forfeit any money paid.
